She is extremely resourceful and excels at producing results, whether in a large organization like Intel or at a technology start-up. A creative thinker and problem solver, Theresa is accustomed to re-analyzing strategies in light of new/revised business requirements. Strengths include creating "out-of-the-box" solutions to business strategies and developing innovative marketing initiatives. A very detail-oriented individual, Theresa has a proven track record in program management with the ability to handle multiple projects in high-pressure situations while delivering on-time and above expectation.

Theresa started her career as an account executive in the financial industry after graduating with a B.A. in Social Sciences from Muhlenberg College. She then joined a technology start-up in technical sales, which gave her excellent insights into customer needs as well as what is required to effectively sell a product or solution. She quickly moved into the Team Leader position, where she developed and delivered a new hire training program on products and lead generation, as well as managed a team of sales representatives. From this role, she moved into various product management and communications roles.

When Intel acquired her company, she became the lead on developing marketing communications strategies for the division. She received numerous recognition awards at Intel for her product launches and innovative programs to drive leads. In this role, Theresa was responsible for all aspects of the marketing plan related to the Intel Technical Summit, an annual customer event for business executives and technical engineers, including all pre-event promotional material, event website development/execution, on-site collateral, as well as post-event follow-up communications. Additionally, Theresa promoted Global Developer Day, a virtual event that ran live educational content over a twenty-four hour period. She was responsible for audience acquisition, event promotions, registration, website development/management, overall event coordination and execution, generating more than 2,500 leads. Theresa also worked extensively on developing and promoting various web seminar series and road shows, assisting in generating new leads for sales.

She joined Dialogic when Intel divested her division and was responsible for launching the worldwide partner program internally and externally, including creating program brochures, partner directories, program contracts, and partner welcome kits. In addition to her worldwide responsibilities, she managed co-marketing relationships with strategic partners in the Americas, such as Microsoft and Avaya, as well as with key channel partners. She excelled at jointly developing co-marketing plans and executing programs that delivered results for Dialogic and our partners.

Theresa is excited to bring her creativity and strategic marketing skills to develop marketing programs that will produce results for clients.
